We will take up to four business days to post process and print your photos. We then use standard UPS shipping, which could take up to five business days depending on your location.

After the order is shipped, we will email you with the UPS tracking number. Visit UPS and enter your tracking code for your package status.
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside of the United States. We are actively working on establishing print operations in Canada and Europe, so we can offer the same high quality, low price canvases without high shipping costs and cross border taxes and duties.

All of our canvases are gallery wrapped on 1.25" solid frame. We also offer an optional floating frame in black.
Yes, our canvas products come with mounting hardware attached.
The fastest and best way to upload your photo to our site is directly from your computer, tablet or mobile device.
There is no limit on the photo dimensions. However, the maximum file size you can upload is 100 Mbs.
Yes, we have in-house digital artists that will process each one of your photos to remove pixelation and prepare it for a larger format print.
We have a variety of image enhancements available to you. We offer complementary color correction service for each print. For additional enhancements and touchups, please see our pricing page.
Absolutely! Your photos can only be viewed and printed by you. We will never abuse your photos for any other purposes. You can request to have your photos removed from server at any time.
Your photos belong to you. By uploading them to our site, you agree to let us store and print them at your reqeust. We do not claim copy rights on your photos.
A non-abrasive duster is the best way to clean your canvas. Do not use chemicals or abrasive material.
All of our canvases are printed with archival grade UV resistant ink, which can last over a hundred years without fading or warping when stored properly.
It is recommended to always keep your canvases in a dry, clean space, away from direct sunlight.
Please email us your order ID and a picture of your damaged product to contact@junoprints.com. The order ID can be found in the confirmation email you received when you first placed the order. If you cannot find the order ID, please let us know your email address and we will find it for you.
Please contact us and let us know the issue with your print. If there is defect or damage, please take a picture of it so we can better address the problem. We are always happy to reprint it free of charge until you are satisfied.
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for all of our customers. To request a refund, you must explicitly contact us within the first 30 calendar days of your purchase. The best way to reach us is through this contact@junoprints.com. We will gladly refund you 100% of the purcahse price within 24 hours of the request if you are not satisfied with our products in any way.
Our canvases are produced for indoor use, so this is not recommended.
Only with proper permission from the original copy right holder of the photo - it could be either a Creative Commons license that permits you to print, or explicit written permission from the original author. By uploading to our site, you agree that you have the proper permission and rights to reprint the photo. Inappropriate or pornographic photos will not be printed.
