Order and Shipping
How long do I have to wait for my canvas?
We will take up to four business days to post process and print your photos. We then use standard UPS shipping, which could take up to five business days depending on your location.
How can I check on my print status?
Feel free to contact us at any time to inquire about your order status.
How can I check my shipping status?
After the order is shipped, we will email you with the UPS tracking number. Visit UPS and enter your tracking code for your package status.
Do you ship outside of US?
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside of the United States. We are actively working on establishing print operations in Canada and Europe, so we can offer the same high quality, low price canvases without high shipping costs and cross border taxes and duties.

What canvas sizing options do you provide?
We currently offer canvas prints from 10" x 10" to 32" x 48" (inches). See our pricing page for complete listing.
Are the canvases framed, and how thick is the stretcher frame?
All of our canvases are gallery wrapped on 1.25" solid frame.
Is mounting hardware included?
Yes, our canvas products come with mounting hardware attached.
Photo Preparation
What is the fasted way to upload my photo?
We recommend that you import your photos directly from Instagram. It's easy and fast. All you need is your Instagram account credentials. If you don't have an Instagram account, you can also upload a photo from your computer or phone.
Is there a maxmium size limit for uploaded photos?
There is no limit on the photo dimensions. However, the maximum file size you can upload is 100 Mbs.
My photo is very small and pixelated on screen. Can I still print it?
Yes, we have in-house digital artists that will process each one of your photos to remove pixelation and prepare it for a larger format print.
My photo is sratched, damaged, or has other imperfections. Can you fix it for me?
We currently do not offer digital retouching services. However, we will give each photo individual attention and do our best to remove grain, noise, and other minor imperfections.
Will you respect the privacy of my photos?
Absolutely! Your photos can only be viewed and printed by you. We will never abuse your photos for any other purposes. You can request to have your photos removed from server at any time.
What is your copy right policy on photos and printed products?
Your photos belong to you. By uploading them to our site, you agree to let us store and print them at your reqeust. We do not claim copy rights on your photos.
Can I print photos that are not mine?
Only with proper permission from the original copy right holder of the photo - it could be either a Creative Commons license that permits you to print, or explicit written permission from the original author. By uploading to our site, you agree that you have the proper permission and rights to reprint the photo.
Care and Use
How can I clean my canvases?
A non-abrasive duster is the best way to clean your canvas. Do not use chemicals or abrasive material.
Will the print fade or degrade over time?
All of our canvases are printed with archival grade UV resistant ink, which can last over a hundred years without fading or warping when stored properly.
Can you hang the canvas print out doors?
Our canvases are produced for indoor use, so this is not recommended.
What's the best way to store my canvas?
It is recommended to always keep your canvases in a dry, clean space, away from direct sunlight.
Reprint and Refund
My canvas was damaged during shipping. What can I do?
Please email us your order ID and a picture of your damaged product to contact@junoprints.com. The order ID can be found in the confirmation email you received when you first placed the order. If you cannot find the order ID, please let us know your email address and we will find it for you.
I'm not satisfied with the print. Can I get it reprinted?
Please contact us and let us know the issue with your print. If there is defect or damage, please take a picture of it so we can better address the problem. We are always happy to reprint it free of charge until you are satisfied.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for all of our customers. To request a refund, you must explicitly contact us within the first 30 calendar days of your purchase. The best way to reach us is through this contact@junoprints.com. We will gladly refund you 100% of the purcahse price within 24 hours of the request if you are not satisfied with our products in any way.
